Payment Policy
This Payment Policy describes how payments are collected, processed, and managed for all bookings made at Vishaka Inn.
Advance Payment / Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, guests are required to make an advance payment of XX% of the total booking amount (or full payment for promotional/non-refundable rates). The exact advance requirement will be shown during the booking process.
Payment Gateway: Razorpay
All online payments made on our website are securely processed through Razorpay, one of India’s leading and trusted payment gateways. Razorpay uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your payment information is safe.
Accepted Payment Methods
Through Razorpay, we accept the following payment options:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Razorpay Wallets (Mobikwik, etc.)
GST / Taxes
Room tariffs may be subject to GST as per Indian government regulations. GST (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout and on the invoice.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is completed, you will receive:
- A Razorpay payment confirmation email or SMS
- A booking confirmation email from Vishaka Inn
- An invoice (if applicable)
Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails, please try again or use a different payment method. In case the amount is deducted but the booking does not reflect, Razorpay typically reverses the amount to your bank within 5–7 working days. You may contact us for assistance with payment verification.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Refunds for eligible cancellations (as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy) will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Razorpay or bank charges, if applicable, may be deducted.
Cash Payments
Cash payments are accepted at the property for on-arrival bookings, add-ons, food, and other services. However, advance online payment via Razorpay is recommended to confirm your stay.
