Refundable & Non-Refundable Bookings
Some rates are fully refundable, some are partially refundable, and some promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. The refundability of a booking will be clearly displayed at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Rules
Standard cancellation rules (unless a special offer states otherwise):
- Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before .
- 50% refund: Cancel between 3 to 5 days .
- No refund: Cancel within 2 days ie: 48 hours arrival or in case of no-show.
For long-stay, group bookings, and special packages the cancellation terms shown on the booking confirmation apply and may differ from the standard rules above.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us or canceled according to the policy, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided. We may release the room for resale after the no-show and charge the full booking amount.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Any bank or payment gateway charges are deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Modification Fees
Changing dates or room types may be treated as a cancellation and new booking depending on availability and the original rate rules. Modification requests may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, strikes, etc.), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to offer flexible rebooking or refunds in line with the circumstances and our partners’ policies.
